Wow, these Gluten-free Mixes From the Heartland® are really delicious! We've baked and tested them all here in our shop ... they are the best out there that we have found!
This sweet potato brownie mix is all natural, gluten free, low sodium with no trans fats and no cholesterol in the mix. Made with brown and white rice flour, cinnamon, freeze dried sweet potato and vanilla powder, etc., you add eggs and butter to the dry mix and bake. Makes a 9" x 9" pan of brownies.
Mix is made in a facility free of wheat, soy, barley, oats, rye, eggs, nuts and by products. Every raw product that enters the factory must be certified by the producer that it can pass an Eliza Test. This means products in the plant test 5 parts per million or less for wheat. Wow, these Gluten-free Mixes From the Heartland® are really delicious! We've baked and tested them all here in our shop ... they are the best out there that we have found!
This strawberry pound cake mix is all natural, gluten free, low sodium, with no trans fats and no cholesterol in the mix. Made with brown and white rice flour, freeze-dried strawberry powder and vanilla powder, etc., you add eggs, milk and vegetable oil to the dry mix, pour it into a large loaf pan or other pan of your choice, and bake. (Or makes 3 smaller loaf cakes - about 15 oz. each. This cake is also available in a ready-to-eat version, that we have already mixed and baked in our shop kitchen. See Item MH105 below to order this ready-to-eat cake.)

This strawberry pound cake is all natural, gluten free, low sodium, with no trans fats and no cholesterol in the mix. This Mixes From the Heartland cake is made with brown and white rice flour, freeze dried strawberry powder and vanilla powder, etc. We've added eggs, milk and vegetable oil and baked it for you, so it is all ready to eat.

Our shop kitchen, where we add eggs, milk and vegetable oil to the strawberry pound cake mix and bake the cake, is not a wheat-free facility. We are very careful not to contaminate the gluten-free mix with any other flours when this cake is made; however, if you have an extreme allergy, you may want to purchase the mix - MH101 above, and bake the cake yourself. MH101 mix will make about 3 of the pound cakes shown in the picture.
